The City of Boroondara, overseeing the leafy inner-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, was looking for an effective way to report on a range of strategies, plans and internal audit recommendations. A key issue Boroondara recognized was that the council had adopted more than 75 strategies and plans, but they had not been formally reporting against any of them.

The visibility provided by reports, which include an update on the number of actions that have been finalized, ensure projects are not just completed, but also conducted in a timely manner.
Senior Business Analyst Gail Power said the solution embedded easily within the organization.
