Cammsstrategy downtime dates: What existing clients need to know

The upgrade process for interplan, SCYLE and Global Collaboration clients will require a short downtime period, where your live environment will be taken offline. cammsstrategy is already live in your test environment.

The upgrade will occur outside standard business hours, and leave your existing business data intact, to ensure minimal disruption.

Downtime dates for CAMMS-hosted interplan clients are outlined below. Please contact cammsstrategy@cammsgroup.com or your Customer Success Manager with any questions.  Self-hosted interplan clients should contact their Customer Success Manager or support@cammsgroup.com to arrange a time to upgrade in the New Year.

 

Downtime period for live environment upgrades for CAMMS-hosted clients are as follows:

  • United Kingdom – [ FRI 24th November 2017 19:00] to [SUN 26th November 2017 22:00] (GMT)
  • North America – [ FRI 24th November 2017 23:00] to [SUN 26th November 2017 22:00] (EST)
  • Australia – [ FRI 01st December 2017 20:00] to [SUN 03rd December 2017 22:00] (AEDT)
  • New Zealand – [ FRI 01st December 2017 22:00] to [SUN 03rd December 2017 00:00] (NZDT)

 After cammsstrategy is active in your live environment, you can seek assistance and report issues via the Client Support Center and CAMMS Support Team.
