Held last week at Manchester’s Hotel Football, CAMMS UK 2017 Performance Management Summit provided a forum for like-minded industry professionals to discuss common strategies and approaches to performance management.
With a host of exciting developments since last year’s EPM summit, the event also introduced delegates to fresh client success stories from new sectors and regions, as well as the latest and soon-to-be-released product innovations.

Executive Director of local government and public sector consultancy iESE, Heather Lumby, discussed the importance of identifying and understanding the cost of failure demand, explaining its linkage to the value of evidence-based customer focus.

CAMMS’ Senior Consultant, Tom Joy, presented a case study on Mines Advisory Group (MAG).
Tom outlined how CAMMS helped MAG improve the way they manage global contracts and management reporting through interactive dashboards and reports.
CAMMS’ innovations – unveiling new features and products
Strong investment in Research and Development (R&D) has always been a core component of CAMMS’ business model. During this session, Adam introduced a series of recent innovations.
Key unveilings included an introduction to CAMMS’ new Report Writer, Insights, and new Meeting Management solution, Ecuria.
Business Development Manager, Daniel Kandola, and Product Manager, Mayurangi Herath, delivered an overview of CAMMS’ product roadmap, providing an outline of key product releases and dates over the next 12 months.
Subsequent product roadmap workshops then enabled attendees to share use cases and provide input on future development priorities regarding CAMMS’ three core solutions – Strategy Management (cammstrategy), Risk Management (cammsrisk) and Project Management (cammsproject).
